1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Connect Force mobile application or accessing the web-based platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to these terms, please refrain from using the Connect Force system. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and ICP Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2. License and Usage

ICP Technologies Pvt Ltd grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the Connect Force platform including both the mobile and web applications for internal business purposes such as sales operations, distribution management, and task execution. Any unauthorized use of the system is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, system architecture, and source code, remain the sole property of ICP Technologies Pvt Ltd. Clients are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise modifying any part of the Connect Force platform.

4. Support and Maintenance

ICP Technologies provides ongoing support and maintenance for the Connect Force system. In the case of critical issues, our 24/7 support team is available to assist clients. Clients may also enter into formal support agreements detailing response times, channels of communication, and service levels.

5. Data Security

ICP Technologies takes full measures within its capacity to protect client data through the implementation of industry-standard security protocols and measures. Connect Force operates on secure on-premises or dedicated hosting environments. However, it is the responsibility of the client to safeguard the security and confidentiality of the account credentials of the various user roles it manages. Any breach in data security that occurs due to the failure to safeguard account information will be the responsibility of the client.

6. Data Ownership

All data uploaded to and processed through Connect Force remains the property of the client. ICP Technologies does not sell or share client data without explicit, documented consent. Any data access or sharing requested by ICP will be subject to client approval.

7. Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Connect Force system complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to privacy, employment, and data protection regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICP Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Connect Force platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate usage of the system by providing written notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms. Client account deactivation or termination must be consented to and formally approved. Upon termination, clients must cease all usage and destroy any copies of software or proprietary documents.

10. Confidentiality

Both ICP Technologies and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, software details, business practices, and operational procedures.

11. Updates and Upgrades

ICP Technologies may periodically release updates or upgrades to the Connect Force system. Clients are encouraged to install these updates to ensure continued performance, security, and feature compatibility.

12. Customization and Modifications

Clients may submit requests for feature modifications or customizations based on their business needs. All such requests will be reviewed and, if feasible, implemented under mutually agreed terms, which may include additional fees.

13. Training and Documentation

ICP Technologies provides comprehensive training sessions, user manuals, and other relevant documentation to assist clients in utilizing the system effectively.

14. Compatibility and Integration

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their existing systems and infrastructure are compatible with the Connect Force application. Requests for integrations with third-party systems may be considered separately.
